Lehigh Inclusive Liberty Alliance

Omnium Libertatem – Liberty for All

Our Mission

Welcome to the Lehigh Inclusive Liberty Alliance, or LILA for short. We’re a community-based organization that believes liberty and freedom are meant for everyone, not just a privileged few.

LILA is all about being a true community organization that gives back to the Lehigh Valley area, supports the underrepresented and oppressed, and helps people prepare for emergencies and become self-sufficient.

Our Approach

We connect and support those with liberal ideals in the Lehigh Valley.

The Lehigh Inclusive Liberty Alliance is an advocacy and education organization dedicated to providing those with liberal ideals and those belonging to marginalized communities with the education, the skills, and the allies needed to prepare for emergencies, become self-sufficient, and provide for community defense.

We recognize that self-sufficiency and community defense includes topics such as disaster relief, medicine, logistics, agriculture, general survival skills, firearms, and other skills needed to strengthen our community against fascism, totalitarinism, and other related ideologies.

We seek, and advocate for, an inclusive, safe, and healthy culture in the Lehigh Valley to combat toxic and exclusionary cultures. We work to build a platform and community of members and like-minded people who denounce racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and other discriminatory ideologies.

01.

Is LILA a political organization?

No and yes. While we do not consider ourselves overtly political, nor do we lobby politicians, we recognize that the very nature of our mission places us in the political “sphere.”

02.

Is LILA a militia?

Absolutely not. We are a social welfare organization focused on advocacy and education. LILA may, at times, sanction our presence at protests but we prohibit our members from armed protests.

03.

What kind of skills do you look for in your members?

We feel that EVERY member brings something to the organization and value our diverse and unique backgrounds. Skills that relate directly to our mission include disaster relief and emergency management, medicine/field medicine, logistics, agriculture/gardening, survival skills/bushcraft, firearms and combat, communications, digital/physical security, and more. But there are other skills that, while not directly related to our mission, support LILA. These include project management, graphic/web design, accounting, public speaking, volunteer management, fundraising, and more. No matter your background, you bring something to the table!
